Maison Michel is today's most popular hat and headpiece brand, among celebrities, fashionistas and the most chic dressers. The designs created by the iconic brand are elegant, fun and timeless.

Created by Auguste Michel in 1936, Maison Michel started collaborating with haute couture brands like Chanel, Givenchy and Lanvin in the early eighties, before being taken over by Chanel in 1996. Ten years later, Laetitia Crahay was made creative director of the brand, while also acting as accessories director for Chanel.

Crahay has managed to adapt the history and artesan design of Maison Michel's classic hats and headpieces, creating modern, exhuberant pieces using original artesan techniques and high-quality materials.

Maison Michel's ad campaigns tend to be daring yet simple, with well-known faces like Lara Stone, Kate Moss, Sasha Pivovarova and Clémence Poésy, usually photographed by Karl Lagerfeld.
