Jane Bowler A/W 12

Moving towards a darker sexier place, Bowler’s AW12/13 collection has been influenced by the structural elements of architecture, combined with a hint of punk.

Materials and innovative process lead the way once again in creating a collection with a totally unique feel. Her signature fringing adds highlights of movement and playfulness against a backdrop of angular printed surfaces. A refined colour palette of intense black, gold and turquoise with flashes of orange and red signifies a new trajectory for her work.

The collection demonstrates a wealth of textures and surfaces ranging from soft leathers, chunky knitted PVC’s, moulded plastic cutwork and rubber with a delicate contrast of mohair knit. Otherworldly silhouettes and geometric formations complete a sophisticated and playful womenswear collection.
